Hi Peloton Crew,
Team ID: BOLT THROWER (1612) Cyclist ID: DZENKO VAN EYK (140261) Division ID: divisiondetails.aspx?id=132
Did I remember right that leadership increases 0.1 per race if the cyclist actually is the team leader?
Thus a cyclist that rides the complete TdF as leader should gain + 1.0 leadership after the tour is complete?
Well - perhaps some might remember that I was searching for a cyclist <30 years with more >5 leadership. After I didn't find the right candidate I decided to buy a very young cyclist and train him in leadership.
When I bought van Eyk he already had 1 leadership (I don't know the fractions but I admit: It had to be a low 1.x since he was quite at the bottom of my leadership-1-cyclists back then when I acquired him).
He actually has lead as well the TdF as the TOUR DE SUISSE. I've got the impression that at least the TdF wasn't counted for his leadership skill. He still is a low 1.
Did I get the leadership wrong or is there some bug? Can you check?
CU, JoeLag

U got it wong. To gain an extra point of leadership, your cyclist needs to lead your squad for about 30 single races. Dont know the exact amount, i think it's even a little more to be honest. Others surely know it 100% correct, at least you have an idea now

I will edit my post from Starting Guide peloton.proboards.com/thread/9008/starting-guideSo your answer is 33-34 races
