We tried to make the calendar for everybody. The Giro is indeed for the fitness trainers, but if you looked closely you'll see that there is only 1 weekly update in the tour, if you don't calculate the update after the two sprintstages in which fitness training is useless.

Ab, you dont have to justify your choices. You make the calender, we have to adapt to it. It is what it is. Its just a pitty for non fitnes trainers. Every manager aims for a good result in the 3 big tours. For many of us its the main goal of the season. It a hard one to crack when you notice that your chances are much lower now. Also financially, i wont earn big $$ in the giro. My personal opinion, fitness trainers already have enough benefits throughout the season... But again, TMoI shows that its possible. It would be a big surprise if he could keep it up. Same with the jerseys, evcont will end close. Watch my words.
Expected battle with espino today. I have seen his stats earlier this season, i knew i could beat him. 2nd stage win, couldnt ask for more.

giro comes to an end. Finally . 2 competitors left if you ask me. Ploquin and Traphagen. I expect something from Ploquin tomorrow. I assume his flat skills are way better. But to close a 14min gap? I expect Garcia del Rio to win stage tomorrow and snatch the green jersey, mountain jersey is decided and goes to Antwerp. Interesting to see it from a distance, especially Asa and Dirks tactical choices. It's a total different gameplay when you're training fitness. I hoped for a stage win today with guillemant, but for some reason i forgot to put him at 100%. Oh well, gives me an extra cyclist for TdF:-) I really messed things up, chague same storie. Suddenly he's at 85% while i supposed he was at 98... :-P Made some errors, dont know where. Probabely confused with the smaller tour this week.

Sometimes mistakes are made by the best managers. So now it is your turn. This week was a major disaster for me. Lost van Gunst (injured, but luckely just for 1 week) So he'll be back next week. The small tour at California was dreadfull. Almost meaningless. I managed to take a bit of money but not much. Going down to a bankrupcy. Cyclist for sale (Pugliesi), next week an other one (Habay) or perhaps more if necessary (which I'm afraid of). I really lack time to follow the game lately. And so the intrest in the game is going downhill. I was surprised you didn't get any points today. But as I read your post, now I understand. Guess the pink jersey is saved for Traphagen and Sprint jersey will go to ... depending on the fitness training. van Peteghem or Traphagen. Think TMoI will not hold it with Ploquin. Younster jersey again to Evcont. Hope to create some time for Suisse and TdF.

Finally a victory again. Peeters did well in TdS. Hopefully a tour with a bit of succes? TL market is a disaster. Youngster sold for only 2K. Habay with LS only 150K. Pugliesi a 9 flatter with bit of talent, and only 26 yrs. Not sold.......

Chak, what are his stats? Keep in mind that there are not many active managers in 4th and 5th. The times that we pay millions for cyclists are behind us. 9 flat in combination with what?
TdF has started, curious how far i will come with the flat attacking points. I saved my cyclists in Giro to use them again in TdF. Took a risk today, hoped chitul would not go at 100%. Sadly for me he did:-) I expected him tomorrow to be honest. BTW is doing well the last couple of races. The pieces of the gc puzzle are slowly coming together.

Great TdF for BTW, impressive. I thought i had a chance of winning, but the stage on wednesday nailed me. I lost 15 mins. I did not expect to lose that much time, plus i thought to take more time back at thursday's stage. But after the results in the final stage i have to admit that i would have lost it there anyway. So i played it cool, difference between 3 or 4 isnt that big and the race wasnt really made for guillemant. And i assumed that the first 3 would go all in:-) Well deserved, 9 mins on sorgatz and 19 mins on guilemant. Then you can say you are the strongest. I dont mention ibarguen, he had 2 fitness updates and couldnt get any closer then sorgatz. Hard to compare, and something to rethink for Dirk. Looks like BTW created a gap in GC now.
Looking forward to vuelta, the big tour that suits me the best this season.
