My comfortable lead is already a bit gone... I'm every week looking to improve my team, but I allways forget I am bidding on riders so at the moment of the deadline, I forget to come online (so no Nassi for me...) Top 2-6 will be very competitive the entire season I think, or will the Giro-Tour-Vuelta bring difference in the standings?

The Giro won't be very interesting for me (I'll probably put 2 U25 in my team), so I have to score some points this week. So far so good...

I'm sure Welsch will give you the necessary points.

Got to be happy so far as currently sitting at my realistically highest achievable spot. 2 u21's in every race including training up 2 leaders - just starting to becoming meaningful leaders so each season that goes by, it becomes slightly easier to compete and with a squad average age under 28 future (if the game keeps going!) looks bright.

You keep surviving well indeed! Although it might be a help that there are 2 teams without a manager and 1 who doesn't want to take points. I'll probably will have a similar problem the coming seasons. I have 9 35y olds (including my 20LS leader and I don't have a backup leader). I have invested in a big youth team, but my oldest are only 26y old, so will still take many seasons till they can score some points.

I can't argue with that - having a couple of non managers makes the difference between having a fighting chance and not. 7th, 7th and 8th in my last 3 years is just good enough.
Leaders are up to 6 and 4 - a long way to go, but for a 21 and 20 yr old not bad.
Got 8 over 31, just enough to just keep the points coming in.
I'm not sure it will take as long as you think for your 26yr olds to start scoring - the number of 35+ is going to drop dramatically over the next couple of seasons, so they will find it easier to compete

So I guess I should be afraid especially for the coming 2 seasons. I think I'll use the next seasons to train a new leader (starting from LS 3, so will take a wile). My Giro wasn't good. Was going for 2 good youngster results, but think I was to wastefull with their energy. Neo's Souto Maior was too strong anyway. Was going for a good result with Meurant on Sunday, but only 5th. In Tour de Suisse I'm aiming for Time and Youngster jersey (with 2 youngsters). Bergtoppen got some excellent results in California and will win the Giro (without fitness trainer!). We have a battle for 2nd position again!

Only 2 weeks to go. I thought I was to far behind to be able to battle for 2nd position, but it still is a close call. Any predictions on who will go tot DIV 1? Bergtoppen will take points in the Vuelta with Shinnagh, so that's my favourite. But the Worlds can change a lot off course...
The World Championships are coming closer with 2 races already this week. What are you guys goals? Mine: WC U21 TT: hope to compete for victory (have no clue about TT skills opponents) WC ITT: no hopes at all WC U21 Road Race: hope to compete for victory + 1 top 10 WC Road Race: hope to compete for victory, but I assume there will be a lot of favourites

Impressive end of the Vuelta for Bergtoppen! 4 wins in a row, won mountain jersey, 2nd in point jersey classification (only 2 points short), 2nd in time jersey classification (only 4s short) and 2nd in youth jersey. Seems like the battle is already over...
