Do not be afraid of team dustin, it is a team without any tactics.
Also the team lost an important cyclist with the update, a leader with LS18. S Custodio (6 2 13 2 4 8 - 17 15 22 18 196 84 36 100) is a lot to soon with retire, it was not expected, so team dustin must go further without him.
I wish all the others of division 3:2 a lot of success and fun, and ofcourse all the other players of the game the same.

Hi Dustin, thanks for openning the topic of division 3.2.
Is been a long time since I have been in div 3, I need to go back to season 4. I had been always in div2.2(seems my home) and 2 season in div 1.
I don't have goals for this season, I sold some good riders with the restruturation of the team but keep also 4 riders with more then 30y. I believe I have one of the best TT riders but with 36Y, a GC, a classic riders and the One that is in my teams since the beginning of the game.
I have 2 good riders with 25y to fight for white jersey and some good riders for U21, lets see what happens, I will fight day by day but I don't have many riders to fight in all stages.
Good luck to all

This is my third season. I do not know what I can expected from division 3, it will be a learning process.
My only goal is to earn a lot of money 😃

Hi guys
I'm really happy to finally have some competition. Spend two really boring & easy seasons in DIV4 & 5. Looking forward to improve my strategy.
I hope to be competitive, win a race now and then, finish around place 5 and be financially stable.
Cheers

I am happy too so far. My team is a team of second generation riders. They cannot compete with well trained first generation riders, but season by season these riders will dissapear.
My flat/hill guys seem to be competitive. Today in Cadel Evans race I think I have a good rider at the start. Let's see how far he can come today and how big the gap will be with Oedekerk (who will probably win). Dubai will not be a tour for me. 3rd place will be my preferable position at the end of the season.
Good luck to all.

I Like this division so far. No bot teams. Nice to be feeling competitive. Everything looks quite close so far. I don't understand a lot of results so far as some riders overperform and others underperform but it's interesting. First time I experience that Fl and Tt are an important aspect I guess.
Yeah Ab, you will have a golden generation in a few seasons, they already look so strong now. Already fearing that time in the future if you would be in my division.
And Gringo, why you want to demote to 4th div? You could stay healthy in 3th right? For me 4th div was boring. I didn't earn much more money then now because there were almost no active teams.
For the rest I'm curious what the climbing races and all tours are going to bring. Cheers

Today excess of confidence from my part took the stage win. Tirlea only went at 84%

So far so good... From the beginning of the game my best races (and giving most points to me) were the big tours, so i expect to move up in the standing (5th place is the goal this season) - And since last season Quiller boys is going younger (rebuilding for a brigther future ) (and only now i see that even ab is in our division )

Already reach 10 wins, didn´t expect that so early.
In Giro also won a mountain stage only at 75% and I will see what happens today. In TT my rider with saving fitness finish 3rd, very strange.
Did you guys are saving your riders or what?

I saved my riders. One for today, which resulted in a stage win, and one for tomorrow, which hopefully will result in a stage win too!

the team is happy with win the giro, it was not easy, it cost a lot of energy, some riders go on holiday for weeks, to prepare for the vuelta
the leader and a helping guy of the team go also to the tour to help Simion Szekely, but the tactics will not the same as in the giro
to an earlier message, yes i save fitness from time to time for example 4 in the time trial, and now and then in the week of stage 2 till 6
