Oops, tried to renew a contract and accidentally typed a zero too much so that he earned 155.000 per week instead of 15.500. As a consequence, I had to pay 650.000 to break open his contract and I will probably not make next week financially ... I'd rather not sell my top cyclist for such an error. I understand this was my own mistake, but any chance this could be fixed and restored to the previous financial status/contract? It would be a shame to have to leave this game for this ... A question: when he says "break open" a contract, he means by firing him or there is a way to break contracts with cyclist that I miss? and if yes can someone explain me where it is? thx in advance

If the cyclists mood drops under a certain level ("Not (very) Happy" I think) in contract negotiations you will get an option to break open the contract, you will have to pay some kind of a "damages" fee, after that you get the chance to renegotiate a contract from scratch (he will still have demands but those will no longer be based on his current wage).
