OK I think I need to re-work my team as I have bought cyclists that I should not of and sold cyclists that I should of kept of hold of.
My original thought was for a grow your own team but I made the youth scout mistake twice!
then I thought British cyclists only team (as I am British) but have recruited on that basis and now have 10-15 rubbish British cyclists!
I dont think I have enough quality in my team. Only have 2-3 guys with skills 7+
I note currently lots of cheap opportunities on the TL for older guys and younger prospects. I am currently training hill and TT at 15 with downhill skill coming up. My plan was to train each skill in turn for a season or maybe a season in half overlapping two skills hence hill and TT both being at 15 level. Not sure if this is a good tactic as might produce lots of 'jack of all trades'
my side is Polhill cycling in division 4:1
Finished 4th last season.
Have little or no money!
Can send a list of cyclists for those willing to look at them?

I am not exactly sure what you want, but I'm always prepared to help new managers, so if you send me a list of your cyclists (team Op kop de sloot in, div 2:1) I will have a look at them.
Furthermore, I think downhill is not the first skill you should train up. It depends on your cyclists of course, but a hill-TT trainer may be sufficient some time, and if not I think flat, mountain and sprint are more important. However, it is easier to make a lot of profit with a cheap trainer, and you can just buy a new one (with more/other skills) when you think you need it.
Edit: I also sent you an in-game message
