Well, today's race went almost as well as it could've! (and I don't mind missing the mountain jersey if I get the other two, and the team) Not sure how nailed on the is yet. Ragar and Vliege on 94%, and Braeckevelt will go 100% but is on 60% fitness for me. JMJ has tactic'd two riders onto 98% fitness left, and usually likes a mountain (/hill?), only 25 seconds back. De Scheefspuiters can time trial as well, only 18 seconds back. It's set up nicely. edit - maybe I was getting De Scheef and De Mech mixed up, De Mech are the better TT team. I just looked at the 3 TTTs from this season, and I've beaten DS and JMJ in all 3 so far, so maybe it looks good for the result I want...maybe. 2 wins in a row 10 wins with 10 different riders this season Me vs PAN is fun now too, only 18 points seperating us

What a stage will be Tamajon - Bola del Mundo for me it looks to be the most difficult stage from big tours. my team without captain flat 7.25 hill 6.25 mountain 7.25 => no team for GS, my captain is better then other 4 on mountain downhill 4.5 sprint 4.75 tt 8.75 Hoping for a top 5 on mountain and Standings points --------- Tour of Britain bids? I want top 5 on GS and points.

I was gonna try to do this today, but without knowing other teams plans / cyclist strengths really, predicting the GC race is a silly task to try. Good first half for me though, with Feringa at 95%, and Iorga at 100% for next week. Glad I didn't lose time today, and was surprised Feringa even got some more points. 13 point lead for the at the halfway stage. The stages look nice enough for him to keep it. Two TTs to come! Not sure I really noticed that before. They should be ok for me too I guess. Britain I'm going for everything obviously We'll see what comes off. Loete sitting 3rd and Sidmouth - Haytor is a perfect sort of stage for him. Maybe I'll finally get a GC? Vuelta and Britain averages, next to each other (Vuelta whole squad, Britain without my captain). flat - 5.6 / 10 hill - 8 / 6.5 mountain - 9.8 / 5.8 dh - 3.6 / 4 sp - 4.4 / 7 tt - 8.6 / 8

Today is the wrongest I've got a stage for a while. Riders are not supposed to finish 1/ 85% GC, 2/ 85%, 2 attacks, 3/ 100%, 5 attacks. I did find out Fossati is a beast though, 6th! Will try to find a stage or something for him to win in the last few weeks.
Vuelta things: Feringa has the green (\o/ go me). I've won green in all 3 big tours, this the biggest margin though. Herzberg will win tomorrow's stage and take a triple of mountain jerseys in the big 3 tours, which is v impressive. Rest of top 5 contenders: Lampreia, Rapaijc, Zerbini, Roy, Iorga, Lapalus, Lamagno?
I think the overall top 3 will be Lamagno, Iorga and Lapalus. Maybe.

Manier 0 1 00:04:10 Hüsker Dü maybe the fall was the problem ? i think was strange too because this cyclist, who was helper, was so good today Perras was so close to be fire Flat 5 Hill 6 Mountain 7 Downhill 2 Sprint 4 Time trial 7 I think tomorrow will have chances , if will attacck, also Thiebaut Roy (5833) Hüsker Dü 93% and Danilo Zerbini (8176) PAN 89% Lampreia ?!?? my ciclist is a flat cyclist, was on Spain for flat stages not for GS. For GS was Cardei but probably i made some mistakes with him.

Lampreia ?!?? my ciclist is a flat cyclist, was on Spain for flat stages not for GS. For GS was Cardei but probably i made some mistakes with him. Ah! Then why is he on 90% still? I just looked at cyclists with high fitness, and he has good mood too so I assumed he might be being saved for tomorrow. I just thought Fossati would lose time in the hill sections so fall back some. I'll watch the report later so see exactly how it went for him and Manier.

Manier had not enough flat to stay on the peloton anyways, and Ouellet had not enough mountain, so Fossati was your man, with his GC role he finished with the best helper (although he has to be very good to do it on 85%) For Vuelta GC I bet for Iorga, Lamagno and 3rd for Kaison, Lapalus or Pagliarini.

Helpers today worked, and many attacks were disabled in a few kilometers. Manier had not enough flat to stay on the peloton anyways, and Ouellet had not enough mountain, where? My Parasca who atttacked in first 2 attack points was in every part of the race on top 3. I see too that Oullet lost time and he was reach by the peloton 01:05:52 He managed to escape for a while, but now it's over. Ouellet takes his place back in the peloton. 06:33:32 The cyclists of the first group enter part 36 06:33:30 Ouellet's adventure is over, he is back in the peloton One of my helpers lost time from part 1 already even he have flat 6 mountain 8, first part was mountain 00:35:43 The cyclists of the first group enter part 2 00:35:21 The peloton's pace is too fast for De Santi, he gets behind Parasca dont have flat too but finish on place 3

Well, Iorga was better than I expected today (or there were fewer decent challengers than I expected). Went 100% and 5 attacks to give me the best chance of the time jersey (I may finally have one!!). Roy winning mountain sprint 6 makes me think maybe he could've won the stage with 5 attacks, I knew I couldn't do both though. Good sign anyway (/ pointless sign. In 1:1 I can do nooothing) Feeling vaguely confident about keeping #1 in the division now. Gonna have Feringa fit for the last week which I didn't really expect. In other news: I think it's time to sell a cyclist or two. Gonna need a little cash if anyone better comes on the market. Will assess after today's training.
