Congratz with your victory and 2 mountain jerseys already! Plus a good ranking. Glad you're doing good. I've got my first victory today (unexpected) + tomorrow 2nd mountain jersey :-) . If Damians doesn't get injured. But I'm still in a relegation position. :-(

Well, I think I've changed my mind...I may as well actually aim for promotion. It seems I've made a little gap to 2nd, and 2nd and 3rd have pulled away from 4th. Lots of change since Sunday. Promotion would be especially nice if Lions of Avalon get relegated, gotta have some British representation in 1:1 still Hope they don't, obviously. Champions to relegation in 1 season because of the calendar would be crazy. I now have 35 riders (1 is for sale), 30 of them 21+, I may as well use my big squad to aim for that, otherwise I'm just wasting money on wages for older riders I'm not training. Do have 20+ of them at 100% for next week, but now I have to decide who goes in which race/tour *cry* so much work. Thought I had a chance of the yellow jersey today but Mollo is too good. Tbf, I'd never have guessed Oudijk would be my closest rider to one so far this season, I picked him up for <60,000 just before this season. 3rd today is a decent result for Schauwers, he's only 25 (and lacks height for the flat). 2 x 3rds and a 2nd place and the team jersey in Algarve for a squad I wasn't too confident in, can't complain. Supporters are up to 16000+ with 3 tours finishing this week, I don't remember seeing them this high. Good luck in tomorrow's stage! I won't win, top 5 maybe.

Punkska: well done so far. I hope you can stick with your plan. However, we have gotten mostly flat races. Do you feel confident about upcoming mountain terrains?

Thanks.
My squad is very balanced I think, and I've not trained flat. I'm actually surprised how well I've done so far. Maybe it does means most teams in the division are more mountain based and I'll struggle because of that though.

Hmmm, I expected a win today, 2nd and a lot of sprint points will have to do, I probably won't be able to keep yellow though. What in the engine means that Loete beats Scherer in the final two intermediate sprints yet loses the race? (I may watch the full race report later). We were faster than 1:1 Six 2nds and five 3rd place finishes now this season. Interestingly none in the 4th-6th range, then I have a 7th, two 9th and a 10th. Lost my 2nd rider to an injury today Damn careless camera bikes! Lorenzini and Lehoux gained more time on the peloton while being 100% fit for next week, but it's still disappointing, losing out on a probable high GC placing and potential for the team jersey. No longer have anyone to go for Tuesday's race really. I like my Paris-Nice squad, two riders who have already won stages this season and another who should do better than he has so far. Do I need a plan to attempt to beat Suellentrop to yellow though or do I accept that's a foolish pursuit?

I'm just gonna talk to myself 2/2 for Froyman First win in a while / halfway to getting to 100 this season now. How is Suellentrop that close with an 85% attack though? Wish I knew his stats. Quicker than 1:1 again (but slower than 2:2 today), maybe there's some hope I'd be able to compete in some stages if I do get promoted. Surprised Feri/Pis were that close to the front, but Suellentrop aside, my plan worked excellently. 19 minutes for the peloton, haha.

Quite painful for me these everlasting flat races. I feel like I cannot get a good hold onto any of the ongoing races because of the fitness.
I haven't checked the upcoming season races, but I hope for a larger terrain variety.

Well, there's a lot of hill next week (next as in, not "this"), but there's also only 2 flat finishes this week, wouldn't say any of the other 4 stages were flat races. There's a LOT of hill in 3 weeks time. But maybe hill isn't that useful for you either I'm keen for a change of scenery too though, see how good some of my other guys are, there's riders I've forgotten about through lack of use Ha, I did wonder about your 1 rider team. Unlucky. I'm going away tomorrow for 6 days actually and have set my tactics until next Sunday just incase. Hopefully I've not done anything similar! I should be online to check results at least too, if not post here. I'm selling another 18 year old btw, if anyone fancies taking a look.

Peloton creeped into my dream last night, haha. Sign of being a saad man I think. Someone sent me a message saying my new trainer was a waste of money. It made no sense seeing as I didn't have a new trainer, but it still bothered me a bit.
After complaining about my youthscout a few weeks ago I get three 18 year olds in 3 weeks \o/ Keeping this one.
I'm in a bit of a victory drought again but things are ticking along ok otherwise. I could do with deciding who I want to go in the Giro today, to plan my tactics for this Pais Vasco properly, hmmmm.
The fight for 2nd in the division has got more interesting, with Fonchia not too far away either. Then 3 from 6 in a close fight to stay up.

3 in a row... Jiminez finally win a stage \o/ That means all active teams now have. I'll take 2nd place juust to make that true, I guesss Only my 11th 2nd of the season, it's gonna get more annoying if the gap between my # of 2nds and 1sts keeps growing.
