Can you honestly say who is the favourite this season? There are more mountains than last season so I do think that the Lions and Bloedzak will perform better than last season because they have better mountain riders than us allrounders who ended up on spot 2, 3, 4 and 5. While it's true the more mountains the better for me and Bloedzak, Malton & Martinez went to Droeftoeters & Spigniii!!! significantly strengthening them for this season I'd say. EGV had such strength in depth that more top climbers might be entered for each mountain race this season now they are spread across other teams. It might be a very hard season to avoid the drop.

Impressive start Maxz, nice job. Hope you leave something for us to win this season as well, one EGV has been enough Good luck to all this season, hope I can improve on my horrible results from last season.

and flat... congratz ebo for the double... ITA-NED challenge starts again 3-2 Maybe better make it ITA - NED - ROW Funny by the way that managers from a country with so many notorious mountains are better in the flat/hill races while the managers from a country which is as flat as a pancake are specialized in mountains.

Although Italy got some good pancake-cyclists as well with Petacchi and Cipollini

and flat... congratz ebo for the double... ITA-NED challenge starts again 3-2 Cheers maxz! Didn't expect Imperial to go fully solo today, that was a very nice suprise. These are the stages my team should take advantage of, so happy to finally get some decent results in. Hope we can keep this up. Without EGV the ITA-NED challenge will be an extremely difficult one for us I'm afraid, maybe we should ask our neighbour to the east to help us out What ever happened to our friends from Belgium by the way, only one team in div 1 this year!

What ever happened to our friends from Belgium by the way, only one team in div 1 this year! I think there never was more than one Belgian team in first division First afdalers, relegated and I came. I stayed one season, no Belgian teams promoted. I relegated and now another one promoted

I relegated and now another one promoted Think I'm still thinking about Peloton version 1 , if I remember correctly the Belgium First Division was by far the strongest at that point in time (Aanderekker!). It surprises me that the Belgium presence in Div. 1 is so small at the moment, it seems to be all Dutchies and Italians. Maybe next season!

True, Aanderekker was like EGV last season. Getting first in first division with more points than anyone even could get in second He made a huge gap when there was no limit to training cyclists and was very fast discovering FA's from bought cyclists. So he kept all the good ones and only sold one if he could buy another type of cyclist (only one training back than), always for huge prices (40M+ and stuff like that)
