Love it! I'm glad you passed the 1000 points barrier too. Have a nice weekend. ;-)

It was indeed my strategy to go for the time jersey with thomson. Nice that it took out that way. First jersey, jeej:-) Its always a guess, you never know what will happen.
It will be a hard battle for the relegation spots if you ask me. PK is relatively safe, but after him battling begins.

It's still unpredictable, but I'm sure Team Berserk will relegate.

And here is Courrier!! One of the possible winners did it. Congratz MOI. A bit further away of the relegation positions, that will be an exciting competition for these places indeed.
Now up for the Tour of Romandië. And then the week after...the Giro. My team is set. Goals are top 10 in all the rankings, except the youngster jersey. No young cyclist competitor for my team. So I expect Bayle or Weber. Unless they compete in the youngster stages?

There was a long distance between the first and second attack points, but Rumler would have no chance to get away on the first one. I had hoped my helpers could keep it within reach until the second attack point, but it wasnt' to be. Moise had similar issues... he broke away but fell and came back to the peloton, so he started at the same spot Rumler did. The gap at the second attack point was pretty close to the gap at the finish between Rumler and Courrier. Would have been nice if the first attack point was on a hill.

I'm starting to see that a lot of my riders have big issues with lacking flat. Rumler couldn't attack on the first flat attack point in AG yesterday, and Atzeni went from 40 seconds back to 2:20 back on the long flat sections after the final climb at Romandie today.
Next season I think a flat trainer is in order.

In this race a combination of flat and mountain was required. Loustau is not that talented in flat. A flat 7+1training. Downhill tremendously bad. But good sprint and TT skill, with a beautifull mountain.
I did not expect to win this stage. And Antilla of the Milan Snakes made it hard to win this stage. Guess the sprint skill did it.

Kurtinsc, i have the same problem with hill. The past seasons i could get away with it, but the higher you get in divisions, the more the details will become more important. When i started playing this game hill was not important at all. Now you need hill in barely every race. The future is there for multiskilled riders. But they are so expensive on the TL.

Anyone to post today's results?
evild: I never even see multi skill riders on TL, not than I look that often.. How much money are you willing to spend? I've got nothing but multi-skill cyclists.. might be able to sell one.

A nice victory for VroOom. Bianchi had no power left to follow Fidsky. But he has the mountain jersey, so he is very very happy with that. I hope his mood will raise a bit now. Korteweg, my youngster, had a bad contact with earth. I told him so not to party yesterday. But he's young and had a few drinks...Result he lost his youngster jersey by several minutes. Game over. Yellow jersey??? Who will win that. I can hardly think that Fidsky will keep this jersey. Pizzocolo perhaps? Or another outsider??
