Well, you answer the question yourself Muniz didn't attacked and Castelazzi did twice. If you attack, your final sprint will be worse because you already used some energy (Dutch: cartouche verschieten). Maybe Muniz was a final sprinter which gives him a sprint boost...

And why do you think he couldn't get away with his 8 flat and 9 sprint?

No idea, I don't have any idea about the other cyclists skills. Maybe the pace was too high because it was the end of the race and the group was full of good flat cyclists?

Thanks Grazziotin already taking some time this stage. More than Guiggi, the number 1 and 2 from the Giro Let's see if they are the best in the Vuelta as well

I don't think Grazziotin will be a serious candidate for the end rankings. He'll be on 70% tomorrow so losing some time then already.

And in the mountain stages I have other cyclists to attack, so he will just stay in the peloton and probably lose time on the rest.

I am lucky this Vuelta Second stagevictory already. Btw: Borrego won't be the man for GC, but Ravazzi. It's true that Borrego has higher mountainskill, but Ravazzi has a little higher TT.

I'm still confident with borrego.. I fear I can't compete for the GC, let's see if i can go for a stagewin... Anw i think the 4th place is gone, bloedzak is too strong for me...

Damn. Van Den Brandt injured once in his carreer, this season already his second injury and again for 3 weeks :/ He was my second best mountaincyclist, but he won't stay if he looses 50% of the training in one season...

It seems you have a lot of injuries. Just bad luck or does your cyclists have bad bravery?
