I decided to join the division forum I just made the cut to stay in second divison last season by only competing in the grand tours. It's a tough season now, so I have to compete in all the races, but it will be a long battle for the top 8. My cyclist Post took the yellow jersey after the Alpe d'Huez, but there are a lot of hard stages to come.

Welcome to the division forum berseker.
Lesenfants brings in a 4th victory of the season, which makes me jump to the 7th place in the division. If I can keep up this good form I might even stay in this division

Culatti before and after Cernea... (inj. +4444 :,( ) Now i have only 3 riders in tour, and there are other stages... salvation is increasingly remote!

That's really bad luck for you. The Montezelo Team lost two of their cyclists too Well, Ranger is tired now, but Waeterschoot and Cernea are out, so he wants to keep the points jersey!

Any one of you had a decrease of supporters after the TdF stage Lorient-Mûr de Bretagne? Mine decreased to the weekly number of supporters. Seems that there are others teams too (mentionned in the Bugs forum) So I lost some big money with the weekly update.

Sorry to hear you lost money due to a bug Chakra. Pave4life's Tarquini looking good to move into yellow tomorrow I would say, and after that we will see who has the best TT out of the top GC riders (not mine, by a long way ). This is by some way the most competitive league I've been in.

I think we all lost money due to this bug. I also should have had more supporters. Nothing to do about it. Monday I took a second place on a mountain stage. Joseffson went 100% and yesterday he did that again but not with must result. He didn't have a good standing so I'm happy with the points from his second place.

Let's see who is the least worst in the time trial. I hope Post can take his lost time back!

Very close between 2,3, and 4 on GC. I am not too confident on keeping yellow, due to the low fitness of Christinel. There will be lots of attacks tomorrow - the only thing certain is that there will be a few riders on their knees with 20% fitness by the end of the TdF. Should be an exciting final stage

Damn the gap is growing. But...next year in 3rd and then I'll be back (one day)
Forgot twice to subscribe my tactics. But I'm rather happy with my final results. So now getting prepared for the Vuelta. Another tour trying to follow the peloton.

A lot of attackers in the last stage, but the top of the GC stayed in the peloton. Mixed feelings after the Tour: no stage wins or jerseys, but 4 days in the yellow jersey with Post and a 3rd and 10th place in the GC in Paris. Maybe I should have put Post on extra effort in the last mountain stage, but I believe Christinel was too strong anyway. The individual time trial was for hill specialists, so it wasn't easy to take back time. Looking forward to the 'mountain festival' in the Vuelta!

I count Christinel quite lucky not to get dropped on the final day.
It would be good if the game rewarded riders like Post, who wear the yellow jersey for several days, with extra weekly supporters for the team (and hence more money) - due to the extra good media coverage etc.
Good luck in the Vuelta. Looking ahead I can't see my riders getting many points in the last 2 weeks of the season so I will hope for a good lap of Spain.

There also was a large peloton in the other flat stages, so it wasn't a surprise for me that the GC cyclists were able to stay in the peloton despite their low fitness. I was surprised by Christinel's strong time trial! I hope my Amrom can compete with your mountain specialists in Spain!

Bad schaal sels for me today. Both my attackers fell on the ground and so almost no points for me. Back to a relegation position...

A bad day for my team, too. But I guess my Ullrich made a record today. He was injured in three races in a row...if you want a cyclist with a maximum injury proneness, you'll find him on the transfer market soon
