I see that LS is very important for tactics. % points we have "gratis"- rest is from our leader.
But.,.... I see only max players with LS=3. And 8 points is not too much for game.
How is possible (if is possible) to have cyclist with LS greater than 3?

How is possible (if is possible) to have cyclist with LS greater than 3? The more a rider races in the leader position, the more their leadership goes up. Also, high LS guys are available on the transfer market every now and then. I have a LS-7, 2 LS-6, a LS-5 and a LS-4 on my roster, and only one has bumped up in LS while on my team. Just have to keep an eye out. |

Thanks!!!! It's a pity there is no information about it in wiki for newbies... it is rather important information. So... If I have very young cyclist with 3 it is BIG sense to makes him leader - it will be more and more LS..  Who knows how many races he should be LS for jump from 3 to 4? |

Probably with a relatively full schedule for a guy who always races as leader... 1 or 2 points a season. Someone may know exactly... maybe every 25-30 races or so? It's essentially the same format as how experience increases. |

a cyclists when he is born have 0-3 LS if you put him captain he will gain LS Like kurtinsc said if he play all races he will receive 1-2 LS points per season, but is almost inpossible to play all races. Try to search for older players and if you have good luck you will find a cyclists with LS better then 4. I have 2 cyclists with 7 LS but was very difficult to buy them. Are extremly few in this game. I have also 2 with 5 LS, 1 born in my team , 1 bought from tl all others have 4 or less LS. ANd by the way i know market very good If you dont play with tactic "Save fitness" you have enough points even you have a captain with LS 3 |

Funraces are always ridden on Wednesdays, at 19:00 CET. Cyclists can not get injured and do not lose any fitness in these races! |
