Filling up the divisions is based on International Ranking. So, if your int. rank is 213 at the end of the season, you will be in division 5 next season. Nike, thanks for the answer! When you are restructuring: we have been talking about the youthscout as you know, and as you probably have seen, almost all reactions are positive, the result of the poll is clear and people want to to something with that. Is it possible to implement this also in the next season? |

Perfect Nike! I like This reformation because it's similar to my proposal (do you remember ^^ ? Even if I proposed 8 teams for serie, but 12 is very good!). Also the beginning of the 6th season is the best for editing! Now are necessary only these others points:  1 - Modify YS (the system that you told me is very nice! I approve  ) 2 - Sponsors and covers expenses: I think that it's necessary to cover at least to 75/80% weekly expenses to consider a team mid-ranking... 1 division: (trainer at least 20-20 and salary 150) = 550 x 75%/80% = 412/440k 2 division: (trainer at least 20-18 and salary 130) = 450 x 75%/80% = 338/360k and etc etc. I think that the livel of sponsor may be: 1 division = 100/120 2 division = 80/100 3 division = 70/90 etc etc... 3) - Value of the prize competition! I think that an increase of 20% for division is good ^^ For example: 1 division=== win race 100k====it will became 120k 2 division=== win race 70k=== it will became 84k etc etc 4) - Increase of the number of competitions for the under 21 (at least 5 races + 1 mini tour) et voilà ^^ |

Prize money is enough the way it is. Succesfull teams are already rich and don't need to be even richer. With a little more sponsor money all teams can survive. But not to much more. Handling finances is also part of a manager game. And please, please, change the sponsor names into actual sponsors, not the old ones... That is also an advertising for the game. Don't live in the past. |

One step at a time  I agree on more u21 races. On the money, I don't agree, as I have seen that most teams are quite rich (I think there is even too much money amongst the teams) The poor teams are mostly on positions > 12, so this should be solved by this restructure. Or they have a too expensive trainer ! I believe that having a 20skilled trainer should be more of an exception rather than a default. The difference in a skill 15 and skill 20 is not so big. |

On the money, I don't agree, as I have seen that most teams are quite rich (I think there is even too much money amongst the teams) The poor teams are mostly on positions > 12, so this should be solved by this restructure. Or they have a too expensive trainer ! I believe that having a 20 skilled trainer should be more of an exception rather than a default. The difference in a skill 15 and skill 20 is not so big. more u21 => OK on money : some teams are too rich like Nike said. An exception is a trainer with 2 (only 2 not 4) skills with 18/20 not the default. And also an exception cyclists with wage better then 20.000 I could have cyclists with low wages, Ab Normaal could too, so mostly of the users could have good wages. It's easy for me or for Ab Normaal to have very high/delighted cyclists but we dont give them mood by wages. |

Nikeboy, you just need to tell what is the format and the minimum quality of jerseys and names for sponsor that I trie to find them and send it to you. |

Well, this has turned into a wish list/suggestion thread a little... so I'll throw this in here.
I'd like it if the schedule were set up so we never had 2 or more consecutive days with no race while the season was running.
Ideally, I'm for almost no "off days" on the schedule, but even if you keep the number the same as it is, just never have two back to back... and perhaps put as many of them on Sunday as possible. Teams having a reason to log in each day to look at the website is something good for the future of the game.
