Hi all, I am the manager of Tours.Cycle.Club. I am delighted to see that almost all the teams of our division are competing. Nice to participate to such crowded races I don't expected anything particular except a lot of fun

Yesterday my first victory in second division! Happy to see I can challenge the other managers in the mountain stages. I was worrying that I wouldn't compete in anything this season! That's why I sold one of my best cyclist to have more money on the bank, with my coach who askes a lot of wage ;-) Hopefully today another close finish! Today your secound. Lets see who will be the first team with 5 victories ;D Many competition and some excelent teams without victories yet.

Whow, I didn't expect this win actually, but due to less interest in winning so it seems. So I'm the first manager who score a second victory ;-) and that two days in a row! Glad to see I'm doing wel in the mountain stages!

Today for the 2 time this season my rider Nistor made the difference and took all jerseys After 2 weeks I was expecting more from the teams that were in Div2 but the first one only came in 5th place, Signs of Destiny and till now the worse performance goes to Team Berserk. Lets see wath will happen in the following weeks

Untill now the season is more than disappointing! Van Wijick (for example) is a mystery... 11 flat + 5 sprint as FS his results are: Vuelta el Tachira: 26-35-41 (in the 3rd stage 100%) Omlot: 6 (fit 100 and 100%)... I know that there are riders with 6 - 7 flat and 7 in sprint that win (i think that it's TOO IMPORTANT sprint now and a revaluation it's necessary for me!!!!!!) but his results in the Vuelta are very strange... other results have been more than disappointing ..... Finally between some weeks it will begin the Giro and Adam, Guala, Fabbro, Barbantini and "Mister x" may give vent to their skill, now it is not possible for too much importance to sprint...

Yes sprint is overvalued but Nikeboy already made some adjust, we just need that working to see. There are in our division riders with sprint over skill 7 and I belive skill 8 so with the current adjust they have advantage in sprint, but we can always make things different by using extra effort in helpers or placing attacks, that way the rider with high sprint skill have problems to reach in the first group. I still have to check my team for Italy but would be nice to put together Bregge and Guala (Schizm ex-riders) There are very stong riders in mountain in our division and lets see if we will have a nice show in Italy

Van Wijick (for example) is a mystery... 11 flat + 5 sprint as FS his results are: Vuelta el Tachira: 26-35-41 (in the 3rd stage 100%) You can't expect a flat-sprinter end well in races not finishing on flat. Attack would have been the way to win, and when in a first group, he most likely had the best sprint to win the race.

I control my tattic with Vanwijck: 1st stage Tachira: Helper 70% = 26° 2nd stage Tachira: Helper 70% = 35° 3rd stage Tachira: Attacker 100% at 1 - 2 - 6 points = 41° (I'm sorry for the imprecision...of course the attacks will be gone bad) 41° Omloop: FS 100% (with 4 helper) = 6° from file of Nike last part is: flat 24km 0% in conclusion... bleah

You just need to work harder I know that you had last season a headache of the type EGV but you have great riders so you will deal well with this. p.s. I don't want to promote

In our division we have very strong teams already with sprinter riders with skill 8/9 including myself thats why you need to change your tactis placing attacks or increase the peloton speed.

Sprint 8/9 I understand? My best rider in the ratio Flat/Sprint is Rico (8/6...for him two 2nd place this year). Mamma mia, riders with 8 in Sprint...however I already tried many attacks this season but only one went well (Materne), other attempts have gone very bad. (for example with Vanwijick 11 flat, but with other riders the result was the same). however, is not a problem for me, considering that I have only Barbantini (and then Coser, but this ) as my "original riders", all other cyclists are bought back after the "big sale - 14/set/2012". Excluding Guala and Fabbro (10kk spent) the other are not phenomena, so I can not expect great results. I did not hurry, the results will come.
