It is quite amazing how you guys have to battle eachother this hard* and still have the second and fourth highest pointstotal of the whole 3rd division. * and lets not forget atleast 3 other flat training topmanagers . That is probably an indication for the fact that in most other divisions competition is pretty fierce as well. Well if I base myself on the best times, division 3.6 is in a league on its own. But after them there are 3 divisions who clearly distinguish from the rest : 3.5, 3.15 and 3.11. Is it a coincedence then that these 4 divisions also have the top 5 in the peloton ranking at the top ? Or that the leaders in these 3 other divisions all have a gap of more then 1000 points on the second ? Maybe some people in the 12 other 3rd divisions don't feel the need to go for the points, but I think that will only widen the gap in the end.

I see, Cortes is already on the transfer list. Too bad I am not wealthy enough to join the bid war friday afternoon.. Can someone please prevent Genomico from buying the guy..? Schizm is selling Brogi for at least 8 million and I'm sure he wants Cortês to fill up his team again, so don't worry. Though I have to go all-in on Cortês, because otherwise Schizm will get a similar cyclist in return AND earn a lot of money.

Don't forget people could go for money instead of ranking points. If you go for a mountain jersey, you gain a lot of money, but you will loose points for the teamranking. Loose? Yes, you will only earn 30 points for the ranking, but you will loose more by getting worse results in the stages and in the end ranking. Why? Because every mountainsprint you will use your sprintskill instead of your mountainskill, which normally is about 6-8 skills lower and that will be loosing a minute or so at each mountainsprint.
That's why I would consider not picking a mountainsprinter in the Tour if I think I would need the points for promotion. Such a cyclist would have no chance for the end ranking and not win stages.

Btw, that is also a reason that the times in our division are good, because we don't use our best cyclists for the mountain jersey.

That is also the reason why Cortes did not win a lot last year, because his manager often, if not always, appointed him as moutainsprinter.

You just want to pick up that mountain jersey without too much effort by convincing me not to appoint a mountainsprinter..

Hence, the competition is heavier in those divisions. Not saying that the overall level of those divisions is higher. The contrary is probably true.

You just want to pick up that mountain jersey without too much effort by convincing me not to appoint a mountainsprinter.. I never been thinking so long of a certain tactic. Weeks already even. I have 6 options: 1) Malton goes for the mountain jersey. He'll probably win it, but then there is a big chance Brinks easily wins the 3 mountain stages. 2) Acker goes for the mountain jersey. If Brinks (+0.2 mountain compared to Acker) not going for the mountain jersey, Acker probably win it. If people don't use extra effort, Malton probably win 3 mountain stages. That sounds good, but a HUGE side-effect is that Acker is my 1st man for the general standings, so he won't have a chance for that anymore. And some cyclists will use extra effort to beat Malton, so he won't win those stages easily. And if Brinks goes for the jersey too, Acker might become 2nd. 3) I use one of the multi-skilled cyclists of my team. 4) I change between cyclists. So a mix of going for stages, general ranking and money. 5) I don't use anyone. 6) I change the setup of my team. I put one extra mountain cyclist in my team, Jeanfils, instead one of my multi-skilled ones, and will use Jeanfils for the mountain jersey. But 3 mono-skilled mountain cyclists for the Tour is a bit too much and gives problems in the schedule between the Tour and Giro; Jeanfils is scheduled to lead the Tour de Suisse. And it will mean that I would have the same problems when choosing someone for the green jersey Probably I will choose the tactic that Zberg would like less But really don't know which one.

yeah, but so far, you are doing great. +1 It is quite amazing how you guys have to battle eachother this hard* and still have the second and fourth highest pointstotal of the whole 3rd division. * and lets not forget atleast 3 other flat training topmanagers . we are too young (me and joelag) and me and Petrolistul make some nice transfers so is an easy group for zberg and genomico. For information, i have more money then genomico and , I think , Petrolistul is near me because only this week i'm richer then Petrolistul. So welthiest team from : Netherlands - genomico, Romania Rarau (last week Petrolistul) But i don't want to know welthiest teams from Italy and Belgium

My job is to anticipate on the choice you will make. That is not quite an easy task as well. Especially, since I find it hard to estimate the time differences in the different stages and what kind of rider will have the best chance to compete for the yellow jersey. One does not want to sacrifice that rider for the mountain jersey, but since I am not sure which rider will perform best in the time jersey, I am still in doubt..

Heitor Cortês (13479) this is the man? is so good? some top results or what? with some better steering, balance he could have chances to be in my yard (team) Congratz Schimz for Brogi , you are a top player (on transfer list) with this transfer. Very nice st/bal for Brogi

Very nice st/bal for Brogi Secondary's are not great, but ok in my opinion. Probably, FA on mountain is very good, he is 9.9 already. Results are not great, which (partly) has to do with Sobrido often appointing him as mountainsprinter.
