And no Kasseienstoempers No Team Slayer too. Quite shocking. And depressing. Well, there is still hope. Its only 'theoretical numbers'. You can have 5 Near Perfect FA's in your team, but if that FA is on Mountain with your 105kg rider, you won't train it. This Perfect FA is even useless. The statistic talks about fresh young ones too, where the 'correct FA' isn't discovered yet. Don't get me wrong: I like this statistics a lot (Im a number and facts nerd), but they would be more acurate if they are in relation with the physique (height/weight) of the rider. Im pretty convinced (read: Im hoping) that a +18FA on the correct primary skill is better then a +20FA on the wrong primary skill. Especially because the 'wrong FA' will never be trained. Hard to explain what I mean, I hope you all understand. Still, something in me says that won't be the fact in OpKopDeSlootIn his team. He's a hunk in discovering young ones.

No, it makes sense. And even if you have a rider with (near) perfect FA and the right weigh-length. He has to be trained properly as well. A rider in a new team of 24 years of age with with 12 skillpoints will never recieve the training to be the star he could have been if being 6 years younger. (Even 19 years old from new pulls -certainly at the end of the season- sometimes go directly to the garbage!)

Also correct, Naspa. Didn't think of that yet.
This Perfect 20 is the basic to create an exceptional top rider, but it takes much more to have finally the new DQ: good physics, good trainer, correct starting age, injuries ...
I think we don't want to know how much Perfect 20's got lost in 19 year old riders. For the future future, it can be an option to give 19 year old riders higher chances on a Perfect 20 FA (Edit: on the correct primary skill). It would make them a lot more interesting.

The next DQ is already in my squad.

@slayer. Or make all new pulls 18year olds. Maybe you can decrease the chances on a pull slightly. The only 19 years olds that stand a chance to my opinion are those that are pulled early season and have at least a 5 on a primary skill - so they can be checked on FA without much costs.

De Quint. Wilfried De Quint was the flat/hiller of the game.

I suggested for riders of new teams:
Perhaps do this for youth scout pulls too.

That's a nice statistic. I hope the 84 37 yo will be reduced rapidly.

One of my 33 guys has 52 skillpoints. I tested his FA on flat, hill and mountain. 2 of them are bad, the third one was good until he reached 10. After that it was bad also. So my guy is really bad for the average :-)

Nice, thanks Schizm. So based on this we might have 'Op kop de sloot in' taking the title soon (maybe even this season?) and after that we will probably have De Kasseienstoempers in the lead for a while. Looking good, Ab, well done. Miranda is looking quite strong among the 31 year olds, so at least not a total waste of money it seems . Now I just need to get that sprint skill up (and mood....).
