In Peloton the youthscout isn't important: I asked experienced users and they said me that I don't need a youthscout. This means that the single source of cyclists are only new teamns. If you don't do nothing with the youthscout, then wee will have only belgian cyclists.

I have 5 open training places and have a scout 20-20-20 delighted. I keep all cyclists that are 18 and 19, the rest I put on TL. It's a fact that you don't pull a lot of 18 and 19 year olds so it will take a few seasons. That's how I work with a youthscout. You can only do this my way when you have a bit of money and you don't care about wages of a youthscout. I don't even care how much I get for all the pulls I don't keep...

I had a youthscout for about a year ( about 2 seasons of peloton) ... it cost you weekly a lot of money ... in that year a didn't have 1 (ONE) young cyclist who was usabel for training . My scout had already 20-9-20. So I discharge my youthscout and I buy young cyclist who are cheap one the transferlist ! They are all trainable and it is mutch cheaper !!!!

I hope so, cause I bought one of your delighted-20 pulls (the first?) for only a louzy € 1.000,00. I'll keep in touch if he is good or not.
