Are seperated races only for young racers (say -23) not the solution Young cyclist, say unther 23 years old, can't ride against older cyclist cause of there skill's are not high enough. So the train - they are on some list and do nothing for several (peloton) years, - I propose : Instad of fun-races, make OFFICIAL junior-races on the days there are no other races on the calendar. Give the prices as well ( I should say - cost and prices - half so high as the other races. 1° You stimulated to train young riders - it give fun in the game because you're busy with them. 2° Young racers should train better when the ride this junior-races than other youngsters who are just some peloton-years on some lists and do nothing ! 3° Peloton-game has no days without races - that is positive as well !!!

There are "young cyclists" with skills up to 12. I think it is higher then some other older cyclists. So seperate races are, in my opinion, not the right solution.
