Do something about it because it isnt really fair. I got some suggestions : 1) Implementation of a tax on the transfers (in general depending on how long a cyclist is in a team) 2) Implementation of a tax against daytrading (when someone did alot of transfers in the passed he gets even less money from a transfer) 3) Transfer comperison (How long before this will be implemented ) I think the first and last suggestion will be the best to stop daytrading.

Implementation of a tax is imminent. Probably next season already...

Implementation of a tax is imminent. Probably next season already... Good to hear a solution for this in the making. Daytrading is not a part of cycling, so if you want to dayttrade I suggest you go to the stock market.

1 and 2 : I don't agree 3: nice to have By the way, nothing wrong witch daytraders. That's life Daytrading is there because people dont know what is a good price. In real life everyone knows what is worth howmany. You dont go into a shop and buy a sack of chips for 25 euro. You know how much a sack of chips has to cost well in this game you dont know how much something costs unless you have played it some while. I dont think its normal that people buy a cyclist for 100.000 and sell it immidiatly after for 100% profit. So dont say theres nothing wrong wit h daytrading. People should pay taxes, thats life aswell.

On a more political life. People shouldn't pay taxes, it's a bad way to create a false sense of equality among people, when it's so very obvious that people are not equal.
We should all have equal rights, but saying we are equal is ignoring the individual.
On a more applied level for Peloton, paying taxes doesn't make sense since there is nothing those taxes will be used for.
If you want to make it realistic, don't call it 'taxes', but call it the cut that is going to the personal manager of the cyclist or to the cyclist himself as a transfer bonus.
I'm very pro on the comparison though, although I have a feeling I manage to get better deals than most.

Coincidentally, that's exactly how we are going to call it: sign money for the cyclist, not a 'tax'.

Actually, I only like the first idea.
When a manager starts off, he should immediatly try to get 25 decent cyclists, in that way idea number 2 would have to interfere with that manager to be effective against daytrading aswell.
Which idea are you about to implement, IP?

A tax on all transfers, called 'sign money'.

Depending on the time spend in a certain team? Would be most effective against daytrading, i vote yes

By the way, nothing wrong witch daytraders. That's life Have you ever noticed a real cyclist being bought and sold again on the same day, even on the same week ? To make it a little more realistic, I would really like to see things like a tax that lowers the longer your cyclist is in your team AND/OR a short period in which you can't sell you newly bought cyclist.

Don't forget nighttrading too, or morningtrading. Trading is part of these games, it's an income just like training a rider a few weeks and then selling him. It's gambling most of the time, sometimes you win and sometimes you loose money. Putting taxes or sign-money in the game will not end the daytrading, it will slow it down a little. Take away or slow down trading and a lot of people will spend less time at this game for there is nothing else to do between races. So, i disagree to everything, now please excuse me, i have some shopping to do... (and it is 22h39 by the way)
