I think that a lot of people lose interest because it isn't really balanced... for instance almost no one trains timetrial because there are just not enough timetrials .... almost everyone trains flat/mountain or some hill.... when you train sprint/TT and especially downhill you are really in a disadvantage... I think you should add some more Timetrials and some downhill stages and maybe add a mass-sprint (which i heard you might already be working on)... And maybe it is an idea to try and get it on real cycling sites like www.wielerland.nl.

I have never heard of wielerland.nl before. In fact, I don't know a lot of cyclism sites. It could be good idea if you can list all of such cycling sites you know of, so that I can contact them to ask to mention Peloton on their website.

Everyone spents as much time as he/she wants on the game. For myself, I spent quite al lot of time on this game, cause I'm a bit addicted. ;D I spent about 2 to 3 hours a day on this game. (Reading forum, reading the tactics of the game, changing tactics, follow up of my racers in training and progression, buying/selling racers, who wins which race...)
The addiction of the contractchanges could help. Certainly if the new contract will definitively be refused by the racer.
You can also put your racers in for a whole week and in most of the cases also your tactics. And about the injuries: If a racer in injured during a tour you can not replace him, so there is only a difference if you selected him for sprints or for mountainsprints. In that case it takes only 2 minutes to see the results of the race, and change slightly your tactics. I can hardly think that the same racer is selected for two tours or races within the same week.
As one of yours said, there is no game existing in which a less active player has some advantage. You can not win, if you do not play.

2, 3 hours a day is really a lot. But I must say Peloton is still my top game as well. I prefer to keep playing this one gem instead of 5 smaller ones.
