When a team becomes inactive, either because it is bankrupt, the player did not log in any more or the player was caught cheating, the cyclists of the team will all be put on the transfermarket.
The initial asking price would be the transfervalue of the cyclists.
Alternatively, this could be done only for bankrupt teams. This happens in real life too, when bankrupt companies have to sell their assets (in this case, cyclists) to pay off the creditors.

Yes, that's why my alternative proposal is to only release the cyclists from bankrupt teams, not all teams that become inactive because of inactivity of the player or due to banning. That would limit the amount of cyclists on the transferlist.

Sooner or later, we will surely regret a measure like this. What's the harm if a few talents are lost ... let's create new ones ourselves (by training/pulling), instead of automatically dropping all players of a bankrupted team on the market.

Don't like the idea. If a talent is lost so be it. Dont see the urgence to bring the back. If a talent is losts it a shame, but their are plenty of fish in the sea.

and the teams that the manager don't login in 45days...the team could be deleted..and the cyclists could be sold

Yep, indeed. If the bankrupt teams has 'sold' his cyclists, it can't participate in races anymore, decreasing the race money for that league.

Releasing a whole bunch of extra cyclists this way, isn't going to help those that at that moment are selling cyclists of their own. Too many cyclists on the market all at once will result in lower selling prices.

great idea, this will take money of the game making less teams rich and drop the inflation on TL.
