In a few weeks, there will be more activity on the PR-side of the game. I asked someone with marketing skills to help out maintaining the facebook and twitter accounts and to basically handle everything commercial. He says he has some good ideas, so let's see what he'll add to the game

And now it's <900 for the first time since I did join Unfortunately I'm not active in any cycling forum so I don't see how I could advertise Peloton. But whoever is active in one: Do some advertising!

Somethime ago I register in 2/3 foruns to advertise Peloton, and the Portuguese comunity grow till 70 players, but now we are only 30 players. I don't know what happen, why the reason of their give up. Maybe making a pump in game to check the opinion of all managers could be a good info related to what people thing and about they intend to the game in the near future.

You aren't going to ever keep 100% of those who sign up due to advertising. If the numbers were 10, then jumped to 70 before dropping to 30 "long term" people, then that's a pretty good advertising job. But you can't just do it once. Every month or two you'd have to push out another ad, reminding those who played before and lost interest about the game, and letting new users know about it.

And now we're definitively below 900, 881 managers is the lowest amount I've seen so far.. That's not very good, we need more managers to keep the game enjoyable. This way, we will only keep the (very) serious managers. Wat could we do about the decreasing number of managers? It would be great if peloton would have 1500 managers or so.

IP (or somebody else), Have you already tried to contact Wielerprono.be to make an announcement or to appear in there newsletter? Schizm created a (peloton)team on there site a few years ago and as you can see in this link a few among us are already playing there. We also can try to sign up as many managers in the team on there site to end up as high as possible in there rankings so our name would be 'recognized'. btw Schizm; can't you put an URL on the team-page in Wielerprono?

As far as I know you can not put a clickable url in your team description. Besides wielerprono exchanges links with tour-challenge for some months now.
