This is the cyclist with the highest transfervalue in my shortlist Sorin Ioanid (15451) but you have to ask the team manager of Fazzoletti to know how much. Don't know if it is the highest but he and at least 2 others beat Boutigny who was on the transferlist last week and had a value of +148k Sorin Ioanid had a value of $159,069. I bought him for 'only' 177k. Currently, he has one skill at 4 and one at 3, two skills at 2 and two at 1. but he has very bad secundary skills... because of a short term view during the giro, he has not enough fitness to start in the tour |

Almost 160k impressive but elgringo is right (Thank you for the tip), there is currently atleast one (portugese) cyclist with a higher TV.
