Well we just have a first 10 on flat then , but when I look at Team Epic fail he wont be there for long (he did not log in for a month). My colleague from 3.11 will take over with De Schreye as the cyclist with the highest flat skill.

If I keeped training flat, Audran should be the better one but now he is preparing to be an allround Its a shame that some flat riders like Spinelli and Van Den Brand aren't playing because their managers are out. This is 2 examples of some regular managers that stop playing from one day to another A little strange. I supose that IP could send each beginning of season a mail to the players to remember. P.S. I was thinking and the game could infor by mail the manager the day after if they have set the tactic for the following race.

Actually, with a 20 trainer, how much weeks you need to get from 7 till 8 and from 8 till 9 if you have a cyclist with FA 20 on that particular skill? 5w and 6w?

I don't know if he really got a 20 on FA but he will be close : consider a 1 week injury on November 20, and a missed training on March 11 (Why the hell it should be possible to switch your trainer to train the cyclists on "nothing" ? I don't know. But I now know it was stupid to use my cellphone to stop my trainers own training). Attachments:

Do you mean the counting up including the decimal number, or only the visible numbers? I have a cyclist with 20,34 estimated, but he has only 17 counting up the visible numbers.

I doubt he will have enough decimals for 21, except for cyclists who started with a youthscout in the first weeks, every cyclist who is started before s1, hasn't been injured, has a maximum skill below 7, and always had the best trainer possible should be somewhere in between 20.10- 20.39 (depending on the age)
last week my first youthpull has been sold again (by another team) of which I know he was 20.2 combined minimum then. (I kept his decimals in my file and with a 6 on flat now I get this sum). If he is still trained on flat he will be at least 20.4... now.

But what is your point ? Do you think because Pavé has a high rank he could train his cyclists twice a week instead of once ?
