Actually there is 1 cyclist that can win the 3rd stage.........
BUT he lost to Baek Sung Park by a few seconds......
he was behind the Final general classification because he is not a climber......
he was lacked behind the peloton at the climb to frasers hill...... Bad luck....
by the way, he is a good sprinter..... got the points jersey for stage 4 and 5( i think so)
