Does anyone already have a rider with a skill of flat, hill our montain at 20? I think 17 is the highest skill-level so far. Maybe there's already an 18, but I don't think so. Anyone?

Actually it depends on who's training .... I just sold a 14-mountain rider. Before that I've had a team that had a 12-flat.
It's actually impossible to keep such a high trained rider. My 14-mountain rider wanted a basic wage of 114.000 euro a week. Thats impossible to keep up let alone be profitable.
Strange thing is that the same rider now only earns 7.600 a week. How's that possible?

Well I still think it's weird. At the training team he asks for 114.000 a week for a 60-week contract and now when he transfers he automatically gets a contract for 45 weeks and only 7600 a week. I think this should be adressed as it's impossible to get a squad with 10 or more 15+ riders... 10 riders ask for about 700.000 euro a week for wages. Even in division 1:1 its impossible to make 700.000 profit a week...

Keep in mind that the higher the cyclist's mood is, the higher his wage request will be. Sometimes it pays off not to have a cyclist at Delighted mood level

When a cyclists goes to a new team, his wage is kind of reset to base level. This is stupid.
