Padrino, is it correct that FireFox gives a screwed up page of peloton? With IE I have no problems but with FF it does....

No, firefox is the one browser that shouldn't give any problems, even with older versions. Try refreshing your browser (F5). If it's still screwed, take a screenshot so I can take a look.

When you click on the contract details of a cyclist, on top you see something like "Contract details of Reggie Bruckmann", but when you click on contract options, you only see "Contract options" without the cyclist's name. Maybe it is better to add the name also otherwise it is not so clear which cyclist you are offering a new contract

i sincerely liked when with the primarely skills it was shown the leadership as well

If you click summary on the right it shows everything at once, no scrolling needed and you can sort on every attribute you want in one click. I hardly ever use the normal cyclists page, it's either summary or the detailed page.

The cyclists overview is like it says; an overview. If it contained all information, there wouldn't be any need for the details pages. It contains only the most important data (a bit of general info + primary skills).
