Subject says it all. What's the order of the actions? - Training - Fitness gain - Injury - Trainer skill gain Background: The first time since 5 weeks all of my 26 cyclists are healthy. If I set them all for training and if at least one of them get's injured during training? Does the 25 remaining cyclist get 96% or 100% training effectivness? (Don't give me any answer including the word realism. If training would be realistic cyclists being in a tour wouldn't train hard at all  - just tell me if you know for sure how it's done) |

cant really answer your question. However i recognized that first one of my cylist received training (because he went up one skill point) then one of my cylist got injured and then i had the others cyclist receive training. At least i got the messages in that order.

Injury comes before training , that I know for sure. And I think if a cyclist is in your trainingpool he is counted for in the training effectiveness.
Got no idea where the trainers training fits in , why do you want to know when the fitness gain is calculated , I don't see that make a difference anywhere ?

But especially your statement about training effectiveness is only an intelligent guess but not knowledge? Got no idea where the trainers training fits in , why do you want to know when the fitness gain is calculated , I don't see that make a difference anywhere ? You are right. Fitness gain is irrelevant as long as it happens anyway. But for the trainer's training I forgot something: What happens first: Trainer's training or trainer's skill loss? this would be relevant once your trainer has 20 and the loss is near. Could I win a skill point again immediately after the loss of 5 skill points? |

In my opinion, in following order:
Injury
Training
Fitness
Trainers skill
So training will be at old skill of trainer. Idem for the decrease of the trainer. First the training, then decrease.
Injured cyclists get no training. If injured cyclist during (update) training for 3 weeks = 4weeks no training. :-(
I do not know if training progress and fitness are related.
But it is quite possible. When I see the number of pops and the timing between the pops.

Hmm.. When it's so close to the skill loss.. I suggest to train a second skill.. ;o)

I think it is in this order: injury -> training -> trainer skill gain -> trainer skill loss -> fitness gain, this is based on experience and logics. It doesn't make much sense if a trainer decreases and increases at the same day. |

But that would mean that it's a waste of $10k if you train your trainer if he is 15+ already. For example your trainer is 18, you train him up to 19 and then he drops again to 15.

You're right, but otherwise he'll have skill 16 again. :S
Maybe we should look at it in a slightly other way. The input is probably based on if's, or's and and's, but we don't exactly know how these things are related in the input..

I guess we still don't have an answer....
A) does the trainer get trained and then decrease in random skill (if any >15)
or
B) does the trainer take his random decrease, and then train?
Another way: If I train my Mtn=15 trainer next week, when his drop is due, will he go from 15 to 16 and drop back to 15; or will he go from 15, stay at 15, then train up to 16?

I hired my trainer before the 1st Update.
He's trained 15 weeks.
Sunday is Week 16.
So I expect the drop to hit Sunday (and I think after the training takes place). Since the trainer is trained after he trains the cyclists, I expect his drop to come after he trains the riders, too. So anyone with a Trainer>level 15 should get one more boosted training before the skilldrop.
