In a TTT-race, what's happed if two of the five players are running at 100% ? Are the others arrived in the same time or not ?  |

at TTT the % doesn't count it's just the skill and the cycle parts that count, at least that was what i remember from the beta TTT eindhoven

Hm, no, that's not exactly true. The amount of effort still counts.
In TTT, the time of the last cyclist of your team to finish is given to all cyclists.
So if you have 3 very good and 2 less good cyclists, it would make sense to let these less good cyclists ride with more effort so the others on the team won't lose too much time.
